Article 1Application
The purpose of these Terms is to set out the conditions for providing the Service and the rights and obligations between the Company and users, and they apply to all relationships between users and the Company concerning use of the Service.

The following terms used in these Terms of Service shall have the meanings set out below.
- "the Service": a collective term for the website stak.tech operated by the Company, the various products provided by the Company (stak / addcari / homehub), the AI & DX training business, digital marketing support and the like
- "User": any individual or corporation that agrees to these Terms and uses the Service
- "Content": all information provided on the Service (including text, images, video, audio, software, programs, code, etc.)
Article 3Use of the Service
Users shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms and any individual terms and guidelines separately established by the Company. Users shall, at their own expense and responsibility, arrange the equipment, communication means and other environment necessary to use the Service.
Article 4Prohibited conduct
In using the Service, users must not engage in any of the acts listed in the following items.
- Conduct that violates laws and regulations, a court judgment, decision or order, or a legally binding administrative measure
- Acts that may harm public order or good morals
- Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation or other rights or interests of the Company, other users or third parties
- Acts that place an excessive load on the networks or systems of the Service
- Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or investigating or disclosing vulnerabilities in the Service
- Acts that interfere with the Company's operation of the Service
- Using, reproducing, distributing or disclosing to third parties information obtained through the Service beyond the purposes of these Terms
- Automated collection, scraping, or access using bots or similar means for commercial purposes
- Any other conduct the Company deems inappropriate
Article 5Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, etc.) in the content provided by the Company on the Service belong to the Company or to those who have licensed it to the Company, and nothing herein transfers or licenses those rights to users beyond the scope expressly set out in these Terms.
Users may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell or publicly transmit content on the Service without the Company's prior written consent.
Article 6Changes to, Suspension of and Termination of the Service
The Company may change, add to, suspend or terminate all or part of the content of the Service without prior notice to users. The Company bears no liability whatsoever for any damage arising to users or third parties as a result.
Article 7Disclaimer
We make no warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, regarding the Service as to its fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, usefulness, completeness, legality, conformity with the rules of any organization applicable to users, absence of security flaws, absence of errors or bugs, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
The Company bears no liability whatsoever for any damages incurred by users arising out of or in connection with the Service (including but not limited to direct damages, indirect damages, special damages, ordinary damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, lost profits, loss of data and damages caused by business interruption).
Even where the Company bears liability to a user, the scope of that liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages actually incurred by the user, and the amount is capped at the total consideration received by the Company from the user in relation to the transaction directly connected with the damage in question.
Article 8Handling of Personal Information
The Company handles personal information acquired in connection with use of the Service appropriately, in accordance with its separately established Privacy Policy.
Article 9Changes to These Terms
The Company may amend these Terms without prior notice to users whenever it deems necessary. The amended Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Service.
Article 10Severability
Even if any provision of these Terms, or part of one, is held invalid or unenforceable under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations, the remaining provisions of these Terms, and the remainder of any provision held partly invalid or unenforceable, shall continue in full force and effect.
Article 11Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and in the event of any dispute concerning the Service or these Terms, the Hiroshima District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
