We want to build the future with people who share them.
During working hours, always reply within 1 hour as a rule, whether the message comes from inside or outside the company. Apart from exceptions such as meetings, appointments and travel, respond without fail.
Always spell out "by when, who does what," and finish it even one minute, one second earlier than that deadline. When setting a deadline, always grasp and review the design, strategy and tactics.
During working hours, carefully share when, where and what you are doing. Whenever something comes up in a client meeting or on your own side, share it internally in as much detail as possible, as it happens.
We're human, so omissions and mistakes are bound to happen. But to a degree they can be prevented beforehand. A quick "How's that going?", a follow-up when there's been no reply after 1 hour — we are thorough about that kind of care.
Time that has passed can never be regained. Treasure every single minute and second of each day, and keep it firmly in mind that persistence creates strength.
